  • We guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your order
  • We don’t make you jump through hoops to make the situation right. If you find that you are unhappy with our product, just email us and let us know how we can fix the problem
  • We test quality of every product and take great pride in our work, but if you do have a concern, feel free to contact us so we can make sure that you are getting the quality of product you deserve.
  • We are able to offer 100% refund if the item has not shipped (usually between 2-7 days). Please contact us to find out whether or not it has been shipped.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will refund you once the item has shipped. Please email care@trinile.com to find out how we can sort out your issue after the item has shipped.
  • If you are still unhappy then we will be happy to offer a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.
  • If product is on free promotion or giveaway, we can’t issue refund, but we can send again product if you haven’t receive it or it’s damaged.
